BSI products are manufactured at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp., TSMC, located in Taiwan and Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing, CSM, located in Singapore. These parts are then packaged in Taiwan. A list of packaging and testing locations are available upon request.

Speed Range
BSI produces products between 55-150ns. However the majority of our products are optimized at 55ns or 70ns.
Switchable selection
A family of SRAM solutions which allow the device to be electrically configured to support either a x8 or x16 bus width. Switchable products maintain a matching pin layout to the x16 product offering. This provides the designer with flexibility to support his or her memory configuration.

The RoHS( Restriction of Hazardous Substances ) directive states that new electrical and electric equipment placed on the EU market from the 1 st July 2006 does not contain lead , mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls(PBB) or electrical and electric equipment sold in the EU need to comply with such requirements of the RoHS directive .
